For events listed under the “Experiences” button on the website www.ticketmaster.cl, associated with a gastronomic and/or cultural experience, TICKETMASTER only sells the Experience Ticket, which guarantees access to the activity or event specified in the purchase. Under no circumstances does this Ticket include transportation or logistics required for the Customer to arrive at the meeting point for the experience and return to their point of origin. The Customer is entirely responsible for organizing and assuming the costs, risks, and time associated with their own transportation to arrive at the starting point on time. Late arrival or non-attendance due to the Customer's transportation problems will not be grounds for a refund or rescheduling of the experience. Any transportation service that TICKERMASTER may provide will be considered a separate and optional purchase, with TICKERMASTER acting as a mere service provider in the sale of the transportation ticket, and therefore the responsibility will fall on the third-party transportation provider.

What is Ticketmaster Experience?

Ticketmaster Experience is a platform that allows you to purchase tickets for tourist and recreational experiences, other than traditional events, such as tours, gastronomic experiences, vineyards, and tours of different regions of the country.

The ticket only includes access to or participation in the purchased experience, as stated in the description published at the time of purchase.

Ticket and transportation content

The ticket does not include transportation, unless expressly stated in the description of the experience.

In some cases, transportation may be offered as an optional additional service during the purchase process. If this option is not mentioned, transportation is the responsibility of the attendee.

Experience information and meeting point

All relevant information is available in the description of the experience and product purchased.

The meeting point or starting location is clearly stated in the description of the experience and on the ticket.

Experience times and dates

Early arrival: We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early. Late arrival may result in loss of access without refund.

Late arrivals: If you arrive late at the meeting point, you may miss all or part of the experience, without refund.

Changes to dates or times: Changes are not guaranteed and depend on the availability of the provider and the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations, refunds, and/or changes

In the event of cancellation by the provider or due to force majeure, Ticketmaster will inform you in a timely manner and will process the refund or rescheduling, as appropriate.

Refunds, when applicable, will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, within the time limits provided.

Transferring tickets to another person: This will depend on the conditions of each experience. Some are transferable, while others are personal and non-transferable.

Requirements, conditions, and support

Some experiences may have age, health, or physical condition restrictions, which are stated in the product description.

Depending on the type of experience, it may take place in any weather conditions or be rescheduled for safety reasons.

Any issues during the experience should be reported directly to the provider and then to Ticketmaster for review.
