What payment methods are accepted?

For event payments, you can use Chilean and international credit, debit, and prepaid cards that include a CVV/CVC code. Department store cards can only be used if they carry the Mastercard, Visa, or American Express logo.

If you are a foreign customer and your card is rejected, we recommend trying the different payment methods available (MercadoPago and Transbank). We also suggest checking in advance with your bank regarding currency conversion and how the charge will be processed through your chosen payment method. If your transaction is rejected and the issue persists, please contact your bank to inquire about your card’s conditions.
